Strengthening struts further enhance stability, preventing sagging over time.

• Not Required: Choose this option if you do not require additional latch-back post-type locks. Please note that Barriers Direct recommends obtaining additional latch posts for enhanced safety; this choice is optional.

• Additional Latch Post Type Lock with 2 Additional Legs: Choose this option for enhanced safety. Highly recommended as a safety feature for this type of gate, this option includes 2 additional legs for increased stability.

Finishing Options:

• Mild Steel & Powder Coated: Ready in 2 working weeks from receipt of order.
• Mild Steel + Galvanised & Powder Coated: Ready in 3 working weeks from receipt of order.

Installation and Customization:

• Concrete or Floor Mounted: Gates are available in concrete-in as standard. Floor-mounted options are also available; contact us for more information.
• Maximum Width: Double Leaf gates have a maximum width of 12 meters.
• Recommended Height: The recommended height of the top beam above the ground is 1100mm.

Transit and Packing Options:

• Standard Packing: The gate can be flat-packed into four sections, making it easily transportable. It is securely banded with metal to a pallet.

• Metal Banding Cutters Option: Consider our “Metal Banding Cutters” option, available at a nominal extra cost. Choose between:

• Option 1: No, (I do not require these, have my method of removing metal banding).
• Option 2: Yes, I do require Metal Banding Cutters (Nominal extra cost).

Selecting the Metal Banding Cutters option ensures you have the right tools for hassle-free removal of metal banding during unpacking or assembly.
